Coco's Birthday Preparation

My beloved daughter, Coco's birthday is coming soon, on 10th July!! She is turning 2 yrs old!
I have been thinking what cake to make her. I have now decided to make her apple cake since she loves apple. I found quite a good recipe online, from seefido. Why I say it good? It contained better ingredients that do not hurt doggie, and less oily.
I can't wait to make the cake...
Dog Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients2 cups of all purpose flour
½ cup of oats
2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 and ½ teaspoons of cinnamon powder
6 tablespoons of canola oil
½ cup of molasses
1 and ½ cups of applesauce, unsweetened
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 apple, core and chopped
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Oil and flour a 13 X 9 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, oats, and cinnamon together, then set it on the side. In a separate big bowl mix the oil, molasses, applesauce, egg and vanilla together. Then put both mixtures together until you obtain a smooth batter. Finally fold in the chopped apple.
  4. Evenly spread the batter out over the pan. Put it in the oven and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes or until when poking a wooden pick in it, it comes out clean. Then cut the cake into the amount of pieces you want.
  5. Allow it to cool completely before serving it out.
Store the leftovers in an airtight container for no more than 4 days, or wrap in freezer wrap and keep them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Serves 20 to 24 cake servings.
