I have got my virgin summon today!!!
I didn't bribe the traffic police. I got them to issue me summon. He asked " I issue you summon ya!" I said "Okay, Thanks."
I think I am dai sei to get this summon for speeding. I've been speeding everyday, for years. This is the first time I signed for the summon, I think worth it. However, still need to negotiate when I pay :P
I AM BROKE!!!

Yeah , good thing for you that you didn't bribe them. I think I should learn that from you. We should not support bribe..

I a bit regret, but I still think I made the right move. Coz if I bribe them, they can claim it, and get reward. No point!
