Nightmare

I have had nightmare last night. I delivered a baby in my dream!
In the dream, I fainted when I delivered the baby. When I woke up from my faint, I saw my baby is cute, but I was panic. I just stood there and looked at the baby without knowing what to do.

I really so lost! And I saw my stomach with three eyes ball after operation.

What does this dream indicate?
