以五十步笑百步! Fifty steps laugh at hundred steps

There is a Chinese proverb, 以五十步笑百步! (Fifty steps laugh at hundred steps). It means, when you are doing not good, you are laughing at someone doing better than you.

I am now laughing at my supplier, who just lose one of their employee that take care of our account. I am not doing better than them, because I have my lovely subordinate, who is going to leave me by end of this month. So? I still want to laugh at them, because I am slightly better. I have Jodie to serve one month notice. While their Ms. Yap is immediate resign. The day she submit resignation letter, she left on the same day!

Good good good! I will have less headache with this supplier! Keep them busy... and keep them lack of assistant! HURRAY!!!!
