As usual, some weekend catch up. Can anyone explain what's line extension?
I was in a group discussion on Tuesday evening, and I wasn't sure if product A is expanding the range, what is that called? Is that called product line extension?
Our group leader, Gary explained that: Line extension means, when someone called to his company, and the line went to his colleague, and his colleague pass it to his extension. That's line extension.
ha! I love the explanation so much...

hahahahah but it's different from line extension. Line extension is more lovely example...
